The main house is equipped with master and guest suites, gourmet kitchen, and three fireplaces, sleeps four and is the heart of the home. Across the breezeway is the living room, which greets you with a large fireplace, warm wooden beamed ceilings, full bath, and a state-of-the-art Murphy bed that sleeps two. Here you can relax with your family and enjoy the large flat screen TV and Sonos sound system. Decorative details, beautiful succulents, large outdoor dining area and barbeque set the stage for an intimate entertaining space. Following the stone and brick garden pathways, guests find the Folly, complete with Wi-Fi, great for morning coffee, or a quiet workspace. Casita Patricia is a fully furnished property located in the historic Downtown Pueblo District and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Owner will consider renting the property unfurnished for the right tenant. Email is the preferred method for inquiries. Owner pays for water, house cleaner twice a month, and gardener twice a month. Maximum number of individuals/tenants is 4 (non-negotiable). Lease term is for one year.
