    Hey there, My name is Bill, and I've been living in this awesome 3-bed, 4-bath, downtown townhouse for about 5 months now. My current roommate is leaving at the end of the month (end Feb.), and I plan on being here for awhile longer, so here I am. Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to fill the house with me. Rent would be $1350 if we decide to do two of us in the house or $800-$1000 if we decide to do three (final amount would be based on who gets the nicer rooms/garage spots). Must like cats though! I have 2, and they're super friendly. Rooms available March 1st, early move-in might be possible. The House: The house is great. Well taken care of, pretty new, clean, in a perfect neighborhood right next to the police station and the south part of downtown. 2440 sq. ft. The 2nd floor living area is huge, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for multiple people. Great space for hanging out and entertaining. Pardon the mess in some of the pics, moving out is going on. 3 bedrooms on the third floor. Two bathrooms on the 3rd (one in the master, one in the hall for the other two bedrooms). One more bath on each of the 1st and 2nd floors. 4 balconies, 2 with an awesome mountain view, especially in the morning. There's a park across the street. Washer and dryer in-house on the 3rd floor, 2-car garage, good storage space in the garage. Also has some open space on the first floor that isn't being utilized. Perfect for a hobby room of some kind. Has central heating/cooling. Also near some good running trails. Easy walking distance to Cityrock and south downtown. Bout a half-mile walk to the rest of downtown. Near E Fountain Blvd and S Weber St. The rooms: Like I said, 3 beds, 4 bath. I'm in the master suite (not pictured), so that's one bed and bath accounted for. The other bedrooms are a little smaller, but still have plenty of space for the bedroom essentials. Each room has its own closet, one very spacious. The 2 open rooms on the 3rd floor share a bathroom, but there are also 2 more bathrooms in the house, so there will always be one available. 3 or the 4 bathrooms have a shower. Bedrooms will all come unfurnished (ignore the furniture in some of the pics. That's all going away.) Rooms are available March 1st. Early move-in is likely possible, depends on which room and how things are going with my old roommate's move. The common areas: The kitchen is great and I will have more or less everything you need. We might need a few more pots & pans and glasses or something after my current roommate leaves, but I have all the necessities. The dining room still needs a few upgrades, don't have a dining room or kitchen table yet. Only have a couple folding chairs there. Everything you see in the living room area is staying, couch, TV, the works. If you have some furniture that might work in the dining room, we can absolutely work with that. Other furniture we can probably accommodate somewhere, but it depends on what and how big. Security deposit is $1,437 if we do 2 people, $958 if we do 3. Rent is paid to me, and I pay the full rent to the landlord (lease is in my name currently). Utilities will be organized by me, and will run about $100 each per month with 2 people, less with 3. Your sublet will be month-to-month, but I'll need at least a month's notice in advance of a move-out so I have time to find someone new. Parking: Garage is big enough for 2 normal sized cars. One of the garage spaces is mine. The other one is yours if we do 2 of us in the house. If we do 3, we'll have to negotiate a little. Expect to pay slightly more in rent than the other guy if you want the second garage spot. There is also plenty of street parking right outside the front door, so don't worry if you don't get a garage spot. House rules: No cigarette/cigar smokers. I don't want to leave the house smelling like smoke for the landlord when I eventually move out. 420 is fine with me (I don't partake), but the landlord made me sign something about that when I moved in. I'll forward to you and same rules will apply. I have to stay away from it for work, so tbh I didn't read it very deeply. Must like cats! I'll have two running around, though not all the time. They live half at another house. They're super friendly and loving, and it'll be about 20 minutes before they warm up to you and want to play or snuggle. Cleanliness. Everyone living in the house must meet a minimum standard of cleanliness. I'm not expecting everything to be perfect every day, but I don't want to live with gross people who don't clean up after themselves. I try really hard to make sure I'm staying clean enough for the people I live with. Responsibilities will include cleaning up after yourself in the common areas (including dishes), cleaning your own room/bathroom, and helping to clean the common areas weekly. We can also discuss going in on a cleaning service together as a house once we're all moved in. I also expect everyone to be generally respectful of each other in the house/any guests we may have visiting. Just communicate and don't be a dick. I'll be interviewing anyone who is interested in the house. Basically, I want to make sure we mesh and will get along. If I don't think we will, it's not a knock on you, just probably best if we don't live together. I'm looking primarily for young professionals like me. Male/Female doesn't matter to me. Would be cool if you also work in aerospace, but definitely not required. I also have a military background, so if you're in town on orders, feel free to hit me up. Willing to talk if you're moving as a duo. I'll sit down and chat with pretty much anyone to see if it'll work. If you pass the interview with me, I'll forward your info to the landlord for a background check. In summary, I don't think you're going to find a better place around here for the price I'm asking. This house is an absolute gem, and I can't wait to share it with some cool people. Looking forward to meeting you!
