We've called this house our home for the past 7 years, and it's been such a special place for our family. Now, as we get ready to move, we're hoping to find renters who will love it as much as we have. It will be available starting November 1st (possibly sooner, depending on our move-out feel free to ask).

A Few Details
The home will be unfurnished at move-in (photos may show furniture while we're still here).
We're happy to repaint in neutral tones before you move in if you'd prefer.
Renter sets up utilities; there's a flat monthly solar fee that has covered our electricity so far.
No smoking.
Pets: we're open to talking if it's the right fit.
IMPORTANT: we'll only be scheduling showings for people who've submitted an application. It helps us keep the process focused on serious renters who are truly interested.
This house has been our happy place from mornings on the deck to evening walks through the neighborhood and we'd love to see it become the same for the next family.

Looking to rent long term (12 months minimum). Would consider different duration on a case by case basis.
Renter is responsible for setting up and paying all utilities (oil, water, internet, etc.).
A flat monthly solar panel fee applies. Any electricity usage beyond what the solar system provides ( the renter has to set up the account) is the renter's responsibility. Keep in mind that we have not had any electricity bills since we installed solar so it depends on your usage and consumption). Electricity bills in Cheshire are outrageous, so this is a really great option.
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely NO smoking permitted.
Minimum monthly household income of 2.75x the rent and a minimum credit score of 650 required. Security deposit and first and second month's rent due at signing.
