3 BR 1 Ba House, looking for a handy person/ family to help me turn it back into a home. I just purchased this home and it looks like prior owner did no updating. A new roof goes on in September but I need someone (a family?) to help me update it. You can reduce your rent a little ($200/month) if you're willing to help me landscape, paint, repair the deck, etc. We can even build a fenced in area for your pup! My plan is to update everything, but keep it as a rental so you could plan on staying a few years. I will supply all materials. I have the know how and can teach, but I just dont have the back for the work anymore... Rental includes all appliances (fridge, Stove, washer, dryer, microwave (and I'm willing to put a dishwasher in with new cabinets if youre willing to help. Owner pays Taxes and Stormwater. Tenant pays all utilities (@$200/month) which includes gas, electric, water, and trash fees. Tenant mows the lawn and shovels driveway
