Tenants will be responsible for providing their own refrigerator, washing machine and clothes dryer during a lease term. Smoking is not permitted at this property. The minimum lease term required is 12 months. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and provides the basic lawn maintenance. Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging or blowing) will be up to the Owner.
