We are getting it cleaned out later this week and will schedule showings after that. We are asking for an 18-24 month lease minimum and are asking for $1600/month rent with $1500 security deposit up front. We ask that before the keys are turned over that you turn all utilities over into your name. Also, it is the tenants responsibility to keep the lawn groomed. We are looking for a tenant with an above 600 credit score and at least two years of employment.
