The Deposit fee, Admin Fee, and Pet Deposit have already been paid. The only fee you would need to pay is the $50 application fee with the apartment complex to get approved. The apartment is dog/cat friendly and the pet fees have already been paid as mentioned above, so bring your babies for free. There is no pet rent. The rent is $1120 a month and includes Valet Trash. The avg water bill is $40 for two people. The avg electricity bill depends on usage but lowest paid is $60 and highest paid is $123.14 (in the summer). The apartment will be available to move November 1st! The lease is up at the end of August 2018 and if you would like to stay longer it can be renewed with the apartment complex when the lease is up.
