The oven is smaller than the average size, but that was never a problem for us. -The kitchen also has tons of cabinet space. -The dining and living area is pretty open and large, and easily accommodates an office space, full-size kitchen table, and a chaise sofa. -The living room area also has a lovely wood-burning fireplace. -In the living/dining area, there's a large window that looks out into the back yard, but not into other people's houses so it feels private. It lets in a decent amount of light. -It has its own entrance (technically, two entrances) so that you don't have to go through anyone else's living space, and that makes it feel even more private. -The first entrance is through the back door, which leads to a basement hallway. The back door is covered, which is nice when it's raining. Then there's a separate door for the apartment that's inside the hallway. -The place has a really beautiful backyard that you can use whenever. -There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage that is shared (it's located down the basement hallway across from the apartment entrance). -There is plenty of street parking. Owner pays for all utilities (electric, gas, directv, and water)
