It lets in a decent amount of light. -It has its own entrance (technically, two entrances) so that you don't have to go through anyone else's living space, and that makes it feel even more private. -The first entrance is through the back door, which leads to a basement hallway. The back door is covered, which is nice when it's raining. Then there's a separate door for the apartment that's inside the hallway. -The place has a really beautiful backyard that you can use whenever. -There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage that is shared (it's located down the basement hallway across from the apartment entrance). -There is plenty of street parking.
