Minimum Credit score of 650 Required, derogatory credit history may result in denial, but will be considered on a case by case basis. Two consecutive pay stubs marked within 60- 90 days of application date, most recent tax returns,W2, statement of social security benefits, LES statements, or a signed letter of employment will qualify as Valid Documents. Self-employed applicants will require proof of income by two years of personal tax returns and 90 days of bank statements.
