Circumstances have forced us to decide to sell our home that we purchased in 2003 and expected to own forever. We are on a magical dead end street above Alki with a very nice view. Medical issues have plagued us in recent years, and we have fallen behind on maintenance, but it is a very special home. We had planned to spend $50,000 - $100,000 fixing it up and selling it for $1.3 million, but we can't seem to get organized, so we are selling it as it is for $1 million. Nothing like this house sells anywhere near a million dollars. We would prefer to sell it to a family who will live here, not a flipper. I will post pictures and more details.
