    Private master room with en suite bathroom. This is a house, and I use one of the rooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and a dresser. We share the kitchen, living room and dinning space. There is also a parking space for the tenant. No smoking allowed either inside or outside the premises. Utilities cost will be shared between the tenant and myself. Utilities/2 Hosting parties is not allowed Hosting visits is not allowed Keeping common areas clean is a must Cleaning up after yourself is a must Lease minimum duration of 3 months 30 days' notice before moving out Cleaning fee 150 non-refundable The tenant is responsible for paying for any damages they cause to the house and their bedroom.
