This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available. - We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Phoenix, state of Arizona and Booking Channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines. - The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 2 cars, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.
