I can work with you on price if you sign a longer lease. -$1000 deposit plus one month rent - 2nd floor(building has an elevator) -has one carport offstreet, and plenty of unassigned offstreet parking - across the street from a bike path and newly built floodway(you've got a view of this nice manmade river with lots of trees and plants from the balcony) - quiet neighbors - 2min biking distance to safeway - 15-20 min biking distance to DT pearl street - walk in closet in master bedroom - balcony with small table/chairs and grill. - dishwasher and garbage disposal - a hangboard is mounted above one of the door frames for in home climbing training or pull ups - smaller bedroom has a queen bed and desk(I mostly use this as a guest bedroom and office) - guest bathroom has a shower - master bedroom has a queen bed and has a walk in closet as well as a full bathroom - the master has a ton of space in it for yoga and whatever activities you are into that require space. - There are tennis and basketball courts as well as a clubhouse on the property with a piano, sauna, gym, and INDOOR saltwater pool.
