Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Located just minutes from local dining, parks, and beaches, this Avon Lake gem delivers comfort, charm, and unbeatable views. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. The lower deck and dock are closed during the winter months for safety. Fireplaces may be used up to 5 hours at a time and should not be left unattended.
