Hello! Welcome to your new home. We have private, furnished rooms in a fully equipped house, shared with other guests. Common areas are shared between residents, while bathrooms and refrigerators are shared between only three people. The kitchen has assigned storage space and parking is available for use, as long as spaces are available. The contract has a minimum length of 6 months, we only accept lower length contracts in special cases. An additional fee of $90 will be charged on top of monthly rent for utilities expenses (water, electricity and wi-fi). The requirements are the following: 1. Fill out an application 2.
