Lease Term
The sublease term begins as soon as the agreement is signed and is available for immediate move-in, running through June 30, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. Renewal beyond this date is subject to landlord or property manager approval.
Rent
Monthly rent is $1,500, due on the 1st day of each month and payable directly to the Sublessor unless otherwise instructed by the landlord or property manager.
Utilities
Utilities including electricity, water, gas, internet, and trash services are not included in rent and are the responsibility of the Sublessee.
Appliances and Amenities
Washer/dryer hookups are available for Sublessee use. All appliances and fixtures provided by the master lease remain at the premises and must be maintained in good condition.
Security Deposit and Fees
A refundable security deposit (amount to be determined) may be required prior to move-in. An application fee may apply for the background check process. A refundable $400 pet deposit per pet applies if relevant.
Approval and Background Check
This sublease is contingent on written approval by the landlord or property manager. Sublessee must pass a standard background check; failure to do so voids this agreement.
Obligations of Sublessee
Sublessee must comply with all master lease terms and landlord or property manager rules. Any violations will be treated as a breach of this sublease and may result in termination.
Maintenance and Damages
Sublessee is responsible for keeping the premises clean and habitable, and liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the property is located.
