Vehicles can be parked in the car port or driveway, vehicles should NOT park on lawn and vehicles parking on the street are subject to local laws and signage. There is also a small cellar near the front of the property that is covered and off-limits due to insufficient lighting and the potential hazards associated with that i.e trip hazards, potential snakes or black widow spiders, etc. A storage shed is located near the back of the property that is free to use instead. NO PETS ALLOWED (caged reptiles, and fish may be discussed on an as needed basis). Smoking is NOT allowed inside ANY area of the home or patio. Smoking is allowed outside.
