Amenities include a swimming pool, workout room, private parking space, and beautifully maintained grounds. We have beautiful mountain views and are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Located close to the RTD bustop and bike paths, we are also within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, cafes and a fitness center. There is a nice park, just behind our building , for pleasant walks that also connects to the bike path. Our location is a hidden gem in Boulder. Assigned private parking space. All utilities included in the set price. Lease duration is 10 months, which can be extended if desired. No pets. No smoking. Thank you.
