Freshly painted 2nd floor apartment with all new kitchen and floors, updated bathroom and bedrooms. New flooring throughtout the whole apartment. Renter is responsible for all utilities except trash. The renter must pay electricity, gas, water, and sewage. Pets are allowed at a $50 pet fee per month. Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord rent in the amount of $_950__ per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. The first rent payment is due on the Lease start date, with subsequent payments due on the 1st day of each month thereafter.
