It is close to many amenities including shopping (grocery and other), beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops, arts, theater, the library, medical care, the DownEaster (train to Boston, MA and Brunswick, ME), and the interstate I-95. Heat and water included. Tenant pays electric and cable. Apartment does not have a stove. Includes a two plate burner, but does not have a stove. Flexible move-in date. 1st months rent and security deposit required prior to move-in with approved application & successful background check. Rent is $1025 per month. $50/month discount if rent is paid on time. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per applicant that goes to the company that does the background check. An application is required for all persons 18 year or older who will be living in the apartment. Showing details: There will an open house Saturday November 5th 1pm-3pm. All are welcome to attend. There are a limited number of private showings available to accommodate those who cannot attend the open house on Saturday. Owner will not be making a decision until after the open house so please only request a private showing if you are unable to attend the open house. This unit is non smoking. Cats are welcome. No dogs please. Qualification Standards Applicants must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicants must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 620. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicants' background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicants must be a non-smoker. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. At landlord's discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co- signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria. Lease term is negotiable. Owner prefers someone who is willing to commit to a full year lease but is willing to consider shorter lease terms.
