The house is 5 minutes away from Pechanga Casino and Highway I-15. Temecula Valley Hospital is a 3-minute drive. Minutes away from Stater Bro's, Cava, Albertson's, Aldi, The Home Depot, Kohl's, Walmart, Ralph's and Smart & Final. Non-smoking only, no pets. No outside/overnight guests. Quiet time is between 9pm- 6am. Laundry is limited to 1x per week. Shared common area (shared kitchen, living room, dining area). Always clean up after yourself in shared area and bathroom. Must work during daytime outside of home (No working from home).
