This studio unit is less than 5 minutes away from the lovely downtown Calistoga and its amenities , shopping, fine dinning and wine tasting, spas , mud baths, and surrounded by Napa Valleys world renowned wineries, and so much more. The view of the Palisades, and vineyards is breathtaking. The sunrise view as the light breaks over the mountains is amazing . This studio has been fully renovated, with a small kitchenet , has been vacant since completion of the renovation. The yard is a shared area with pool access. Utilities will be shared with the occupants of the main house, in which I reside. The lease will be month to month. Utilities are shared with the occupants of the main house. Smoking is preferred outside but allowed in the studio. Pets are allowed but details will need to be arranged . The laundry hook ups are outside under a car port and is shared with the main house. Responsibility of the tent is to keep area free of debris, also to keep the driveway to the garage clear of vehicles.
