Private parking for one vehicle is provided. Keyed access into the apartment can be by either the foyer entry door or north exterior door. The foyer entry opens into a vaulted open floor plan that includes a large full-size kitchen with oven and microwave, along with a small eating area and spacious living room. Included is a 50" Roku smart television with connection via wifi (use your own apps). The suite has a dedicated air conditioning unit to give you full control of the temperature in your space. Full height windows provide an eastern view across a huge fenced back yard and down to the Intracoastal Waterway in the distance. A sliding door opens to a large private covered porch and deck calling you to relax in the quiet nature that you now call "home". Your bedroom includes a queen size bed, dressers, and a large closet. Enjoy the large, private, well appointed bathroom. You will have shared use of a washer/dryer located off the entry foyer. Living at Masonboro Sunrise Guest House provides you with pedestrian foot traffic access to the beauty of uninhabited Masonboro Island Reserve directly across the Waterway. For an additional fee, arrangements can be made to dock your boat at one of the four boat slips available to the property! Shorter duration lease would be considered, but montly rent would be seasonally adjusted.
