Our 1948 cottage home has been completely remodeled and sits under a canopy of huge Live Oak trees. It’s located in the vibrant Bouldin neighborhood, one of only a few areas that make up SoCo. We are 7 blocks off South Congress Avenue, best known for its fabulous shops, some of the best restaurants in the city, funky food trailers, great boutiques, and legendary music venues (like Continental Club). We are also 2 miles from the outstanding parks, Barton Springs and Zilker Park, and 1 mile to Ladybird Lake Trail and Auditorium Shores. After a long day of fun activities, come home to hang out and share a bottle of wine on the huge back deck under the Live Oaks (and glowing solar powered lanterns at night), or relax on the front porch swing and watch neighbors walk by.
