PLEASE NOTE: I am looking for a one roommate for the second bedroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor and you would get your own room and bathroom. Other amenities include: - Gated garage parking - Wi-Fi, Cable (with HBO!) - Central AC and heat - Washer/Dryer on every floor - Balcony - Dishwasher, microwave, gas power oven - Cable, electricity and gas bills average about $100/month per person (give or take a couple of dollars). - VERY Central and safe location! Pretty much a 15-20 minute drive/Uber ride to anywhere in L.A. (for the most part). Walking distance to Trader Joe's, 24-hour Ralph's, The Grove, LACMA as well as many La Brea restaurants, shops, yoga studios, a Crossfit gym, a Yogurtland -- it's all around us! I'm looking for a 30-something male or female roommate who is cool, employed, reliable, can pay the bills on time, keeps the public areas clean, doesn't have a live-in boyfriend/girlfriend, not a hardcore partier, and is a nice human being. I'm basically looking for an adult who has their life together. We don't have to be best friends, but we don't have to be strangers either. Just looking for a friendly, respectful roommate. ABOUT ME: I'm a 37 y/o male and have been in L.A. for about a year and a half from San Francisco after living there for nearly 10 years (originally from Texas). I'm a journalist and work in Silverlake. Not really a partier but I love being around friends and great people. Love movies, watch a lot of TV, love eating, I enjoy going to comedy shows, enjoy running and yoga. I'm open to more furniture in the living area.
