What the owner loves about this home
One of my favorite things about this home is the central A/C—no swamp cooler to deal with—and the unit is conveniently located on the side of the house, not on the roof. It keeps the home cool and comfortable during the summer without the extra maintenance. The honey locust tree in the front yard also provides shade to the home to keep things cool in the summer.
The backyard has been a real highlight for us. There’s plenty of room for kids to run and play, set up a trampoline, or hang a swing from one of the mature shade trees. It’s also a great space for gardening, with enough sun and open area to grow vegetables or flowers.
Inside, the kitchen pantry is a practical feature I’ve truly appreciated, along with two hallway closets that offer extra storage space for linens, cleaning supplies, or seasonal items. The layout of the home—especially the two living areas and office space—has made day-to-day life easy and flexible.
The neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors have always been kind and respectful. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy both privacy and a sense of community.
