Windows- 2 have holes in the back. Crank style. They are still air tight. Gutters Furnace needs replaced. Estimate was around $5600.00 Kitchen was started and never finished. Cabinets were from ikea and are now peeling. Electric In kitchen needs rewired, fixtures ect. Front porch-stairs need put in and railing replaced. The base boards and door jams for the first floor are in the basement if needed. Doors will need replaced in some areas/or were not put back in. Roof on back porch needs reset/or redone. AC does not work. Garage apt needs mostly cosmetic updates and windows but there is a leak in the bathroom where the fan was. This is not a complete list. I am by no means an expert and there could be more that I do not know about. No known foundation issues. On the plus side. Large attic and cubby spaces for storage. Amazing location to highways and shopping. Outside fireplace and patio for entertaining. All rooms are huge. Downstairs bedroom has two closets and the other a closet and built in drawers. Garage could be used for in-law suite or renter. Basement is also the full size of house with a fireplace.
