Downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries are within walking distance, and the the valley's 'Lift' bus-stop is very close-by (1/4 mi.). Featuring two large bedrooms, the unit has been entirely renovated and is fully-furnished. We spent more than a year refurbishing and updating the entire unit, from the flooring to the ceiling, repainting everything, updating the kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, rebuilding the bathroom with a new 'walk-in' shower, and adding comfortable furniture, a new master King bed, new bunk-bed and mattresses, and bedding. As owners, we reside off-site. Of course, the panoramic views of the high-peaks and the large front patio (which we named the 'sunset' deck') are our favorite features! Flexible rental duration terms based on renter needs & move-in date: 1) Fall-Winter: August-December, 2025 (3-5 months) / Rate = $2,550/mo + last month rent; + $250 damage deposit. 2) Fall-Spring: August/Sept, 2025 - April, 2026 / (8-9 months) Rate = $2,525/mo + last month rent; + $250 damage deposit. 3) Full Year: August/Sept, 2025 - August/Sept, 2026 (12 mos) /Rate = $2,500/mo + last month rent; + $250 damage deposit. No smoking/vaping in unit. (Smoking is permitted 200 ft. from complex buildings.) No pets.
