Rental is available December-February. There is a 1-month minimum to receive the listed rate. A multi-month discount is available. Utilities are a flat $1,000 per month in addition to monthly rent. Owner will pay the individual utility providers. House Rules No smoking inside the house. Due to fire concerns, no space heaters or deep fryers are allowed. Noise ordinance is at 10 pm. Due to allergies, accidents, and liability, no pets are allowed. Please consume food and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas only. Please clean fish away from the property. Clean dining table with water only. Please turn off propane when not using backyard grill. Parking No street parking is allowed. Violators may not receive a warning before the car is towed at your expense. Guests are limited to 2 cars per stay. Extra parking is available at the visitor lot at the end of Sea Grove Way (on right). Garage Items Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, and wagon are available for you to use at your own risk and liability. Do not use them if you don't know how or have any physical limitations or other impairments. Please rinse all beach items before storing them. If Something Breaks or Gets Lost Let us know. We'll send a link to replace the item directly -- avoids formal claims. Golf Cart Use Waiver If you intend to use the golf cart, there is no additional charge, however we do require a signed liability waiver.
