I'm posting photos with furniture, but this room is unfurnished. It's down the hall from my bedroom so we'll have both privacy. There are no shared bedroom walls. It's easy to park on the street and no permits are required. It's a fairly wide street for the hills. If you have a bike, you can keep it in my garage. It's on a quiet dead-end street in the San Rafael hills, and only 1 mile from downtown San Rafael. You can have a guest or overnight guest, but not several friends at once. About me: I like gardening, hiking, dancing, and cooking. This is for a single woman only. Month to month rental. (You're welcome to stay 6 to 12+ months if we both enjoy living together.)
