    A Modified Cape with many upgrades: Both roofs were re-done in 2020 with Seamless Gutters installed on the house. Laminate wood flooring throughout most of the house, except the bathrooms, laundry room and basement which is half carpeted. The tile hearth with the Jotul Wood Stove were installed in 2000. All closets have been modified to add more convenient storage. There is an X10 remote control system in most rooms and outside, activating various lights and appliances. The original 30 year old programmable automation system controller was recently fried by lightning. Sigh. There are newer options available as a replacement on the market. There are two sheds, one for garden tools and the other for wood. The back yard forest has been manicured for the past 20 years, In most areas, there are no branches below 8 feet from the ground, no poked eyes and a clear view through the trees. You too can run like a deer in the forest. The extensive gardens are mature, several raised for growing edibles. Blueberries, raspberries and blackberries abound on the property. A new parking pad was laid on the west side of the driveway for multiple toys, i.e. boat, camper trailer etc. There is a 20amp service at that location. Easy load to pull out of the driveway. The garage is small but has plenty of storage space in its attic. The basement insulated 'Man Cave" play/exercise side could use a touch of paint and a new carpet (heavy use) and has a drop ceiling. The wood working shop side is also insulated with a drop ceiling The front walkway was re-done in 2011. There is a Fidium Fiber Optic Cable and a standard high-speed Spectrum cable installed. The owners, a pair of rather old Dinosaurs, are getting too long in the tooth to handle it all anymore. It's time to downsize after nearly 25 years on Toashuh Way. And yes, before you ask, the artwork and photography was mostly created by the owner (B.L.Ander).
