The laundry room with washer and dryer is shared but just outside of the apartment unit so it is very convenient. There is a little porch outside of the apartment. One of the best features is that my home is on a 1/2 acre in the scenic Bellvue foothills, a very sought after location just NW of Ft. Collins especially if you like the outdoors. The town of LaPorte is 5 minutes away with a grocery store and amenities. It is an easy 15 minutes to Old Town, Ft. Collins, 17 minutes to Colorado State University, 10 minutes to the Poudre River, 5 minutes to Lory State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. The house is located on a popular bike route . I have my own 2 well behaved and friendly dogs on the premises. I am flexible with the lease but would prefer a year or longer. It is a peaceful and lovely area with a great view for the right person. Must see to appreciate. All utilities, water, trash and WIFI included in monthly rental charge. Smoking not allowed in apartment. Landlord mows lawn. Recycling is important to this property. Landlord is responsible for hauling away recycling. Lease length is flexible and can be negotiated.
