Private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit apartment adjacent to family home with kitchenette and private full bathroom with shower/tub. Room features a kitchenette with mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee/tea kettle. Ironing board and separate laundry facilities available. HOUSE RULES EMERGENCY - CALL 911 Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am Check-out Time: 12 noon Any & All Visitors/Guests must be approved IN ADVANCE 1. Registered Guests only (any visitors require PRE-APPROVAL by host or are considered trespassers). Pre-approval required photo ID. No guests allowed for more than 24 hours. Any guest staying more than 3 nights per week will incur second guest charge of $100 per week. 2. No parties or events allowed 3. No smoking allowed 4. No pets allowed without Host's prior approval (additional fees apply) 5. Please observe quiet hours of 10 p.m to 7 a.m. by keeping noise down and keeping TV/music volume at a reasonable level. 6. Please refrain from eating in the bed and be sure to clean up any messes to avoid pests. If there is a large mess or you are unable to thoroughly clean, please advise host IMMEDIATELY for assistance. 7. Please turn off the lights, fan, TV and any electronics when you go out. Also, please note lights and devices in this room may be on automatic timers to shut off after a set time. Please notify host if you have any special needs that require uninterrupted power/lights so necessary adjustment can be made 8. Heat and air are on the shared house system. Fans, a heater and blankets have been provided to keep you comfortable 9. If you have been given a physical key or key card, there is a $10 replacement fee if the item is lost 10. Check out time is 12 Noon 11. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 12. Please don't rearrange the furniture. If you have any special needs please discuss with your hosts. 13. Please take the trash out before you leave. Regular trash goes in the bin with the BLACK lid; recycling goes in the bin with the BLUE lid. There is a separate bin for recycled glass bottles and/or plastic beverage containers and they are recycled separately. 14. No illegal substances or activity allowed on the premises.
