The kitchen is equipped with a new marble countertop and new cabinet doors, as well as convenient storage options. Adjacent to the kitchen are laundry hook-ups. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a fan. There are more storage compartments in the hallway by it (see photo). The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination, new hardware, and a new medicine cabinet. The available yard space for this unit is in the front yard only, which you can see on the images. The whole house's external look was recently updated, as well as the kitchen's countertop and cabinet doors. The carpet in the living room and the first bedroom is new. The front door is high-quality and custom-made. However, there is no dining room; it was converted into a bedroom. TO PRE-QUALIFY TO VIEW THE UNIT: 1. The combined income of the adults living in the unit has to be over $7,000 per month, and it has to be income that can be shown on paystubs or tax returns. 2. All adults have to be on the lease agreement, and all adults have to pass a background and credit check (score of 680 at least), as well as an employment, eviction, and sex offender check; agree not to smoke anywhere on the property as well.
