Upon approval a holding fee of $1500.00 must be submitted within 48 hrs or owner will move on to the next applicant. If tenant/applicant does not move in on agreed date and pay full rent/deposit balance owing, owner shall retain holding fee and move on to the next applicant. First month rent, deposit (less holding fee amount previously paid), and Cat Pet Deposit (if applicable) are due upon signing and move-in.
