Also, please understand that this is a furnished rental and there is no room for bringing in any other furniture etc. This is an OFF SEASON rental and you must vacate the premises by mid-May. If you cannot afford the rent + utilities, or cannot maintain your portion of the property please do not apply. The property must be cared for and maintained in top condition on an ongoing basis. Occasional inspections and access for repairs and maintenance by LL. I am looking for a high quality tenant with an excellent rental history, who pays rent and utilities on time and takes care of the property as required.
