A review by a current tenant whose home is another of our garden apartments: I like that it feels more private and that I worry less about disturbing the neighbors by moving around or making noise at night, as there is no one below to mind. I like that it feels better insulated than a fully above-ground apartment, so the temperature is easier to maintain. I really really like that the laundry room is right at the end of our hallway with no stairs and no need to go outside, thats very convenient. I like the layout of the apartment because my dog loves running up and down the length of the long hallway, and it generally feels very open and like a good use of space. Having the dishwasher is a nice addition, and I also appreciate the recessed fridge, which makes the kitchen feel much larger and less cramped. 1100 sq ft garden unit available now features: - 9' high ceilings - three large bedrooms and closets - open living/ dining area that gets natural light all day from southern exposure - kitchen with stove/oven range, refrigerator, dishwasher - central heat and AC - coin laundry in building Convenient to 606 Trail.
