The spacious living includes 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, in unit washer and dryer. The lanai has a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs with ottoman. There are 3 restaurants in the marina, golf, fishing and workout gym are available. We also have a resort style pool and hot tub. This is a non-smoking, no pet rental. 1 month minimum. A damage/reservation deposit of $1000 is required. This must be received within 14 days of booking the reservation. This deposit converts to to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure. Payment- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 120 days before arrival. Cancellations- A ninety day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
