We are renting our 3-bedroom home out for the school year. It is a great little house with some recent updates (fresh paint, new fixtures). It has a sweet little backyard, nice quiet neighbors, and has been recently weatherized to stay cozy in the winter. We are looking for trustworthy tenants to enjoy and care for our home from September 2024 through June 2025 with the potential to continue renting from September 2025 through June 2026. We will be returning for two months during the summer. It is within walking distance to: Wegmans, Greenstar, The Commons Downtown, 1/2 block to the #15, #67 bus lines It is a short walk to Green St. for all buses to Cornell and Ithaca College Southside Community Center and playground. Nine to ten-month leases only. Utilities are not included. There is no off-street parking, but plenty of street parking spots are available. There is no smoking inside or on the porches. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am. We are happy to have pets with advanced notice and an additional pet fee. Tenants do not have access to the attic or basement for storage purposes, and the owners maintain an additional storage closet on the back porch.
