Downstairs has 1 bedroom and bathroom, an office space that can be used as a bedroom or sitting area (no closest, no door), a very large family room with fireplace, laundry room, two smaller storage closets and a larger storage room. Most of the home has freshly painted walls with new carpet upstairs. Washer, dryer and large refrigerator. This neighborhood is near Redwood road with freeway access a short drive away. There is a children's hospital near and emergency care facilities nearby as well. 1. Landlord will pay annual HOA fees. 2. Tenant will pay utilities (gas, power, city) every month and this will vary depending on billed amounts. If tenant prefers a flat rate, landlord will provide the average of the last 12 months and adjust accordingly, annually. 3. Tenant will arrange own internet service if desired. 4.
