The kitchen was a major undertaking as the lath and plaster walls were removed and the space was taken all the way down to the studs. The kitchen features all new R.D. Henry cabinets with soft close drawers, silde out pantry shelves, beautiful quartz countertops, new classic backsplash, new hardware, new lighting, new Blanco sink, new faucet and new appliances are provided! Hickory wainscoting was installed in the dining room to yet uphold the charm of the 1930’s era. This classic charm was carried throughout the hearth room as well. The original hardwoods were completely restored in this room. Additionally, amplified was the amazing Tudor craftsman style fireplace with new timeless floor to ceiling mosaic tile that is truly stunning. Improvements in the Star Showcase Home are literally endless. An incredible master bedroom was redesigned to give you a true en suite master bathroom with gorgeous new double sink vanity, new quartz countertop, new walk in tile shower, AND new huge walk in master closet (unheard of in nearly a 100-year home)! The master bedroom is complete with new windows, new carpet, and new decorative electric fireplace. Speaking of windows, 52 NEW Windsor vinyl windows have been replaced for you! Not only that, but every single interior AND exterior door has been replaced with new with the exception of the incredible front entry Craftman style door that has been restored.
