We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and always plenty of free parking right out front. Just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). We all share the rooftop sun deck, laundry room (with free washer dryer use), a beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, and an outdoor gym, though you're most likely to encounter others in the kitchen, as most of us stick to our own spaces. The house is heated, cooled (A/C), and features ultra-fast 500/500 mbps FIOS internet. We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok).
