We have a very sweet Aussie on the property, and other doggie visitors sometimes, so you must love dogs! We are intentionally very picky with our selections. We aren't in any rush to fill the room, and are really looking for the PERFECT person to fill the space. Perfect for US! LOCATION: This is a practically brand-new 3000 square foot custom luxury home situated on a 7000 square foot lot in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from CSULB and CSUDH (Cal State Long Beach / Long Beach State and Cal State Dominguez Hills). We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and always plenty of free parking right out front. Just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. LIVING SITUATION: Your upper level space is it's own 2 bedroom apartment with a huge living area and separate kitchen. You'll have your own large private bedroom and share the living area with just one kind clean girl. The remainder of the house has 3 main tenants (all in their 20s and 30s), a very sweet dog, and occasional other guests and their pets, too. The days are generally pretty quiet, but we all share the rooftop sun deck, laundry room (with free washer dryer use), a beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, and an outdoor gym. The house is heated, cooled (A/C), and features ultra-fast 5 Gbps (5000 Mbps) FIOS internet. We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok).
