No Smoking: To keep the home fresh for everyone, smoking isn't allowed anywhere inside or on the property. No Illegal Drugs: The property is a substance free zone. Move In Costs: 1.5 months' rent is due at signing; half of that goes toward your first month, and the other half (minimum $100) will serve as a refundable security deposit, returned after checkout if the home is left in good condition.
