Co-signers are not allowed. Dual incomes will be considered if both are parties to the lease. Credit History: Through the online portion of the application process, prospective tenants must have a minimum 700 credit score from TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian credit bureaus. Portable screening reports not accepted. Bank Statements: Applicants must provide the most recent bank statement: checking/savings showing enough to cover first/last month's rental amounts. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed per the condo association rules. Dogs not to exceed 25 pounds. No more than two pets are allowed, and no more than one dog. Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. Documentation and Fees: The applicant must bring all items requested to the showing (photo ID, information needed to fill out application), be able to pay all online application fees for credit check within 24 hours of turning in written application, and be able to pay full deposit* and rent requested at the time of signing lease. Initial move in fees to be in the form of a cashier's check or bank wire. Keys will not be given until move in funds have been received and verified. *Per provisions of SMC 7.24, Tenant allowed to spread payment of non-refundable move in fees, last month's rent and refundable security deposit over 6 month installment if they choose.
