Full Bathroom Small Patio overlooking the pool. Level 2: Open concept Living area with Queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, Cable TV. Private covered deck from the living room overlooking the pool with generous seating and even a view of the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and bar top seating for 3 in swivel armchairs. Formal dining table with seating for 8 with upholstered seat chairs. Half Bath A second deck from the foyer with outdoor dining and an island view. Level 3: Primary Bedroom Suite with Queen bed, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling fan, and a private deck overlooking the pool. Ensuite Bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. Guest Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and french doors to a shared deck. Shared full bathroom with single vanity, updated, tiled walk-in shower, and washer/dryer. Guest Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, cable TV, ceiling fan and french doors acessing the deck shared with the other guest bedroom. Parking Parking for 2 vehicles.
