There is a new washer & dryer, new paint on the interior/exterior, new carpet, two-car garage with storage cabinets, access to community pools, a small enclosed yard, Dog(s) will be considered and are allowed on approval by the owner. 1. The home is available for 30 day (min) to 1 year. A $45 screening fee is required and paid by the tenant at application. 2. A $1000 refundable holding fee/security deposit is required. This is due at lease signing. 3. Dogs will be allowed upon owner approval. Conditions apply. $300 refundable pet deposit do at the time of lease signing. 4. A $300 cleaning fee is due at the time of lease signing. Weekly to monthly housekeeping in available at an additional charge. 5. Deposits are fully refundable if canceling within 31 days of arrival. See the lease terms for partial refunds. 6. Utilities are included in the rent. The dynamic utilities (water, electric, gas) are subject to a $250 cap. Overages of water, electricity or gas will be back charged to the tenant with copies of the utility invoices. 7. A preliminary lease agreement is sent to the tenant for review prior to signing or collecting any deposits.
