A credit score below 650 may result in rejection or require additional monthly rent and or deposit, and or guarantor. A criminal background check will be performed on all applicants. Depending upon the nature, severity, and age of the conviction, the application may be rejected. Registered sex offenders will be disqualified for life. Applicants must have and show a Government Issued Photo Identification to verify that the individual signing the application and lease is that person. APPLICATION PROCESS A completed application means: all parties in a group have applied and submitted all required information and qualify correctly. A showing is required and will only occur after an application has been processed and approved. All applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis upon a completed application. Each subsequent application will be held until the first has been completed and chooses to pass on the unit. Payment of the application fee is required at the time you apply for the apartment.
