This modern guesthouse built from the ground up and completed in April 2025 sits in the heart of North Park San Diego's most walkable, vibrant, and food-forward neighborhood. The home was designed by two entrepreneur world travelers who've stayed in over 100 Airbnb's across the globe. We built this space to eliminate the common friction points slow Wi-Fi, dim lighting, limited storage, poor sleep. Everything here is intentional, functional, and infused with hospitality.
At the back of our property, the guesthouse has its own private entrance, complete privacy, and zero shared walls. We're nearby should you need anything, but otherwise, the space is fully yours.
Inside, you'll find 700 square feet of sunlit, intuitive comfort a layout that flows like a home, not a rental. The second bedroom doubles as a dedicated office and yoga space, with clean sightlines and a sense of calm that remote workers and deep thinkers appreciate.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking not just reheating with sharp knives, quality pans, pantry staples, and enough Tupperware for batch cooking or leftovers. There's generous built-in storage throughout so you can fully unpack, stay organized, and feel settled.
We get it quiet matters. Both neighbors are calm, quiet and respectful. The alley behind the guesthouse is quiet 24/7 (except Thursday morning for trash day!). Add in blackout blinds and sound-insulated walls, and you've got deep, uninterrupted sleep on demand.

Parking is easy: there's free, unrestricted street parking 24/7, and you'll also have access to a universal EV charger, billed at cost no markup, no nonsense.
You'll also enjoy a private outdoor seating area, your own dedicated gas grill, and access to our shared yard perfect for unwinding in the San Diego sun.
You're fully independent here, but we're just a message away if you need anything throughout your stay.
