About the Owners: Hi! We're Kai and Bryan and we're looking for a responsible and respectful renter for our downstairs unit in our duplex where we reside in the other unit. We have a 5 year old golden doodle named Ziggy. We enjoy going on hikes, cooking and hosting dinner parties, traveling, and fitness. ** Schedule viewing upon request ** About the Unit: We have a 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom unit that also contains a living room and a mini-kitchen. It's a nice and cozy place at the back of our unit (away from the street). Laundry is shared between the units, conveniently located right next to the unit. Open to discussing flexible leasing options or small pets on a case-by-case basis (we already have a pet at the house) Utilities: Owner pays all utilities and the shared cost of utilities for the unit are 1/3 of the overall utility costs Off-Street Parking: Optional $100 / month for a dedicated off-street parking spot.
